Order Processing

Our products are carefully assembled and packaged before shipment.

Typical processing times:

Pause Boxes & Mini Pause Kits: 1–7 business days (see the individual product page for the most accurate estimate)
Aromatherapy Roll-Ons: 1–3 business days
Candles & Accessories: 1–5 business days
Digital Downloads: Delivered immediately after purchase
Amazon KDP Journals: Printed and shipped directly by Amazon. Shipping times are determined by Amazon and may vary.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Package size and weight
Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Gift Orders

Our Pause Boxes are beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.

No pricing or invoice is included inside gift orders.
You may add an optional gift message during checkout when available.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Soulful Pause is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

When contacting us, please include:

A description of the issue
Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with you to find the best possible solution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs agency.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

No physical item will be shipped for digital downloads.

Amazon Journal Orders

Some journals featured on our website are fulfilled through Amazon KDP.

When you choose Buy on Amazon, your purchase is completed through Amazon. Printing, shipping, tracking, and returns are handled according to Amazon's policies.
